Shaped by 8 years of immersing in Eugene Gendlin’s work: the practice of focusing, psychotherapy (Focusing-Oriented Therapy), thinking (Thinking At The Edge), and his philosophy (A Process Model).
Influenced by 8 years of working on communication skills, main influence including non-violent communication and authentic relating/ circling.
