I have been meditating since 2013. Overall I have done about 40 retreats varying from weekend-long to ten days. I have maintained consistent daily practice since 2020 and enjoy finding creative ways to infuse mindfulness into life situations throughout the day. I have studied and practiced in depth with senior teachers from different lineages.
I have been directly mentored by Shinzen Young to teach his mindfulness system, and entrusted to bring his work to China. Since 2021, I have served as his interpreter and translated his teaching materials into Mandarin. I have served as the lead teacher in the China team where my role has been to design and teach the foundational courses, workshops, and training facilitators to offer community support, as well as to align the teaching team with Shinzen’s most updated teaching materials. In addition to teaching groups, I also serve as a 1:1 coach.

It gives me pleasure to have the opportunity to "spread the word" about Olivia. I have worked closely with Olivia in several different, but related contexts for several years. We have co-taught mindfulness classes in the Shinzen tradition, spent many pleasant hours clarifying some of the finer points of his teaching, practiced mindfulness together, and she has guided me to some very helpful insights with Alexander Technique. Unfortunately, words cannot convey to you Olivia's infectious joy and warmth. But no matter - five minutes with her will make that clear enough. Olivia brings deep dedication and a full tool box to the mission of helping others find happiness and fulfillment. You will not regret taking the opportunity to work with her.
